I work across the Shoalhaven helping homeowners, buyers and families make sense of property decisions — sometimes when they are ready to move, and sometimes long before they are.
BEFORE REAL ESTATE
PEOPLE FIRST.I didn't start my working life in property.
Before real estate, I spent years in management, sales, coaching and consulting. Different industries, but the common thread was always people — understanding what matters to them, solving problems, having difficult conversations when needed and following through.
I moved into real estate in 2021. What I brought with me was the belief that good service isn't complicated: communicate, do the work, tell people what is actually happening and don't disappear when the conversation gets uncomfortable.

WHY LOCAL KNOWLEDGE MATTERS
I want to know more than what sold.
A sale price tells you the end of a story. I want to understand what happened before it — who the buyers were, what they responded to, why one home moved quickly while another didn't, and what is changing around the suburb itself.
That means paying attention to development, infrastructure, schools, local businesses, buyer behaviour and the conversations happening with homeowners every week.
It's also why I created Around the Suburbs: a growing record of what is actually happening across the Shoalhaven, one suburb at a time.
